Suman has over 24 years of experience on various projects both in Canada and Internationally. His excellent design skills and expertise highly compliments the collaborating team in producing high quality design documentation for the project. Suman has worked with ADAL for years creating outstanding design for Architectural, Interior Design and Master Planning projects. Suman’s experience with managing projects of various magnitude both with design, communication and project management is an asset to ADAL.

Responsibilities
Suman’s main responsibility are evaluation, assessment and determination of the exact design requirements for the Client together with immediate and long-term goals working closely with the Principal. Once established, he takes leadership in development of concepts to final design requirements closely working with the Principal and continue the design intent throughout the development of the Building Permit drawings. He ensures that the design requirements; design detailing and development of the Building Permit documentation is in alignment with the overall intent of the project for the Client. He also works with the Interior Design team and the Architectural design team to ensure the best end product is achieved.
